Sports and Relax Centre Velké Meziříčí

The subject of this thesis is the newly built Sport-relax center in Velké Meziříčí. The built will have two above ground. On the first floor will be a reception with a café and fitness center. Part of the fitness center will be a spinning hall and a small exercise room on the mats. On the second floor will be a sauna center, massages and a center for physiotherapists and nutrition counseling. Individual operations in a multifunctional house are selected with respect to the location. The town of Velké Meziříčí has launched a competition for the construction of this area by a sports-cultural house. For this reason, these sites are located in the house.
WINE HOUSE NIKOLSBURG MIKULOV

The topic of this diploma thesis was to design a winery house in the open landscape in a traditional wine landscape of Mikulov. The designed building serves as a four stars hotel with apartment rooms, restaurant, wellness, wine shop and a small wine farm with a storage of wine. There are unique views to the Mikulov city, Turold hill and surounding vineyards. The longitudinal axe is oriented on northeast–southwest. Majority of rooms, terraces and both atriums are directed on prospective axes. The object has one basement and three groundfloors. It is (situated) into the sloping terrain and constrasts with the wavy landscape of Mikulov for its racional and linear conception. It is inspired by terracced formations in near suroundings and uses it for its mass as well. It creates a new landscape dominant that remainds the geological formation of limestone situated in the surroundings of the Mikulov city. The regular rhytm of windows on facade refers to the Mikulov´s renaissance. The regular placement of window openings, and their rhythm are inspirated by Mikulov renaissance. Smaller holes, glass surfaces, light color of facade, green roof and shielding elements prevent from overheating the object during the summer. The water element in the courtyard offers pleasant refreshment for the visitors.
Residence

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the new construction of the Rezidence apartment building. The proposed building is located in Brno, in the Slatina district, and is located on land that is protected by an agricultural land fund, so it will be necessary to remove it from the ZPF. This plot is not located in a flooded or mined area. It is a detached building, which has four floors above ground and one underground floor. In the new building there are 12 residential units of 3 + kk and 1 + kk. In the basement there is a cellar for each apartment. In the first half there is a bike shed / carriage house, a cleaning room and a workshop with a warehouse, in the second half there are two technical rooms and a warehouse. On the first floor there is an entrance to the building, a laundry room with a drying room, a gym for the inhabitants of the house and two 1 + kk apartment units. On the second and third floor 4 units of size 1 + kk and on the top floor 2 residential units of size 3 + kk. From the second floor, each apartment has a balcony. These apartments are designed primarily for students, couples, or even a starting family. Each floor is connected by a three-armed reinforced concrete staircase, which is complemented by an elevator. The house is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips in combination with lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made up of lost formwork, the load-bearing structures above the ground are made of ceramic blocks, which are insulated with a ventilated façade and equipped with a Bond SK1 façade sandwich cassette. The horizontal load-bearing structures form a semi-assembled Porotherm system. The whole building is covered by a single-skin vegetation-retention flat roof. The new apartment building is designed to be very economical.
Home for the Elderly

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the project documentation of the home for the elderly in the village of Šoporňa, in the territory of the Slovak Republic. The building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground floors, partly underground. The building consists of a public section on the ground floor, where are situated services for residents and the general public such as hairdressing and cosmetics, doctors and dentists, cafes, massages and shop. There are also offices for administation, the dining room for the employees and the guests. First floor and second floor is designed for seniors, there is also a common room on each floor. The cellar part is designed for the interest of the guests, partly serves as a technical room. The third part of cellar serves as space for the maintenance of the building, the general storage areas and storage areas for business activity. Building is covered with warn flat roof with emergency breakwaters. The structure is based on the foundation pads and the structural system of the building is RC frame. The ceramic cavity blocks with contact insulation and ventilated facade are used on the infill walls. In the southern part of the building there will be a relaxing park and a relaxing garden.
Polyfunctional building

The assignment of my diploma thesis was to design a polyfunctional building. Function of the building is based on the requirements of the Land Use Plan Brno, cadastral zone Židenice. The aim of the design was to improve the quality of public space in the area by creating parks, urban parterre with services, parking and by bringing missing features to the area. The building is located in the centre of the plot. The main facade is oriented to the main street. Design creates new parking on the ground and in the underground garage. On the first floor are rentable spaces for commerce and services. At 2nd and 3rd floor are open space offices with the possibility of spatial variability solutions. Architectural expression of the building is simple, consisting as a compact mass with parterre subsided, useful in terms of energetical sustainability. The facade of the building is made as a combination of a transparent double skin facade and opaque ventilated facade with fibre cement panels. Structural system is a precast concrete frame with a cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear core. Foundation is made as a reinforced concrete pads and strips. Ceiling is made of a precast prestressed hollow core slabs.
Sports center

The objective of the present thesis is to design a sports center and provide the relevant design documentation for it. The designed building is situated on a flat plot in Hradec Králové which is intended as a building plot or a sports/relax area. The designed sports center is a two-level building without cellar with a flat roof. The building foundations are designed as foundation strips, mainly from plain concrete. The external, loadbearing, and partition walls are designed with clay blocks POROTHERM. The floor structure is designed with prestressed concrete floor slabs SPIROLL. The thermal insulation is resolved with ventilated facade with facade panels. CEMBRIT SOLID. The building is divided into three individual functional units with one shared entrance. It consists of two sports halls with facilities designed for sportsmen and staff, and a gym together with the facilities for costumers. A restaurant and a kitchen are situated in the second floor.
Nursery in Presov

The diploma thesis is a project of two-storied kindergarten in Presov. The facility is designed for four departments with a total capacity of 80 children and a separate kitchen. Building plot is situated on the outskirts of settlements in the Construction area in a stable area and the master plan is intended for civic amenities. The vertical support structures are designed from sand-lime bricks. Floor structures are designed from prestressed reinforced concrete hollow core slabs. The roof is designed as a flat, green roof. The façade is ventilated and lined with tiles of cement and particle boards.
Family house in a slope

The aim of the thesis: "Family house in a slope" is the development of detailed documentation to build a house for four people on the lands number 145 and 130/8, in the village Albrechtice nad Orlicí. It is necessary to integrate the object into the surrounding buildings and it fitted properly into the sloping terrain and benefit not so attractive building land. The roof over the object will consist of two independent shed roof. The main entrance is from the adjacent road on the upper floor. The supporting part will be consist of a combination of concrete blocks - BEST formwork and ceramic bricks POROTHERM Profi. Non-bearing part will be consist of system POROTHERM Profi. The roof will be concrete roofing BRAMAC Natura. Building envelope will be warmed by a contact ETICS ending with a gray facade on the lower floor of a ventilated facade Cembrit Zenit reddish color in the upper floor. Doors and windows are wood with a golden oak color shade.
University dormitory

The new building of a university dormitory with workshops is the content of the presented thesis. The building consists of fifty-two beds for students’ accommodation with complete equipment in eight cells, three workshops and a technical support. This is a combination of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton and classical masonry building construction with insulation. The building has four floors. It is designed as seven towers with flat roofs, which protrude from a ground floor with a vegetative roof. Paved and parking areas are adjacent to the building. The project is designed into an urban area of Nový Jičín. Glass atrium and overall shape solution are the distinctive features of the proposal.
Conversion of nursery school

The diploma thesis deals with project documentation of new kindergartens in the cadastral area Rohatec. The building is self-standing, two-storey with a partial basement. It is a building designed for the upbringing and education of pre-school children. The capacity of kindergarten is 48 children divided into two classes. Part of the operation is a food preparation zone. The building is designed as a brick made of porous concrete blocks with mineral insulation, based on basic concrete passages. The roofing of the kindergarten is using warm flat roofs.
